What are they?     

An Organizing “Hands-On” Workshop for you and your friends.

A Professional Organizer(s) will assist you and your group with a specific organizing task and you’ll go home better organized than when you came. 


Where is it?

We can meet in your home, church or community center, wherever your group would like to gather in the Greater Boston or South Shore areas.  All participants must be able to be seated for the session and ideally have some table-top work space.
 


When is it?

Weekday, Evening or Saturday
sessions are available.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your group’s preference. 
Advance booking and payment are required.
Organize Your Tax Documents

- Does tax time have you scrambling for W-4's and charitable receipts?
- Do you wonder what to toss, what to keep and for how long?
- Does your accountant roll his/her eyes when he/she sees you arriving with your shoebox full of tax information?

This course is designed to help you create an income tax filing system for the current year and past/future tax files.  Leave with a complete tax filing system containing all you need to organize your taxes.

Course Fee:
 $25 for a 1 hr. session, per person (minimum of 6 participants); plus -
Material Fee:  $25, includes pre-labeled folders and hanging files ready to use.  (Additional $5 fee for home business users as additional file categories will be needed.)

Organize Your Photos


-  When you want to find a picture, do you know where it is?
-  Do you have boxes of photos that have never made it into albums?  
-  Are your babies going to start college before you’ve had time to start their scrapbook?
       
This class is designed to help you sort and categorize your photos for easy storage and retrieval.  Great for those who would like to start scrapbooking but don’t know where to begin and great for those who never want to scrapbook.  Bring up to one full box/bag of unsorted photos and return home with your photos sorted and stored in the method of your choice. 
   
                                                                                                  
         
Course Fee: $50.00/person for a 3 hr. session. (minimum of 6 participants); plus -
Materials Fee: starting at $5.00 and up, based on the storage-method selection, a list of materials will be provided upon registration.  You are welcome to bring your own materials.

Note:  No scrapbooking will be conducted during the workshop. 
Organize Your Bills

                                                                                                         
-  Do you struggle to pay your bills on time? 
-  Do you wonder how long to keep those statements and where to store them? 
-  Do you have piles of bill statements cluttering your desk or stuffed in drawers? 
 
This class will help you streamline your bill paying system, identify problem areas and provide a practical system for filing/disposing of old bill statements. Optional - Bring your box/bag of bill statements and go home with an easy to use and easy to purge system, self-cleaning system. 
                           
 
Course Fee: $30.00/person for a 1.5 hour session (minimum of 6 participants); plus - 
Materials Fee: $25.00, includes pre-labeled folders and hanging files ready to use when you return home.  You will be able to choose between a “category” labeled system or a “monthly” labeled system.
